Breakfast

Complimentary breakfast is available every morning. Each location has different breakfast offering please call front desk to inquire.


Breakfast Service Hours (subject to change at any time)

   Macklin Location: 5:30am - 9:00am

   Unity Location: 6:00am - 9:00am

   Sylvan Lake Location: 7:00am - 10:00am

Check IN / Check OUT

Check-in begins at 4pm. 

Check-out is before 11am.

For late check-out and early check-in requests, please contact the front desk. Additional charges may apply.


Pet Policy

Only our Sylvan Lake and Macklin locations ALLOW PETS. Pet rooms are designated and limited, please make sure to book this room if you are bringing a pet. To confirm that you have booked a pet room, please call our front desk directly.

NO pets are allowed on our Unity location at this time.


Internet

High speed WI-FI is complimentary for all our guests.

Pool & Hot Tub

Only our Sylvan Lake Location has a pool and hot tub. Health and safety measures are in effect. Please call front desk for more information.

Pool Hours: OPEN 7am to 10pm


On Site Parking

Complimentary parking available at all locations.

Accessible Rooms

Accessible rooms are available and easy access is provided to attached rooms so that families are able to stay close. All accessibility rooms are on the main floor to better accommodate guests and provide quick access to our lobby and breakfast area.

Cancellations / Changes

Cancellations or changes in the booking can be done by calling the property directly 24 hours before your arrival date by 4pm.


Smoking Policy

Smoking cigarette nor cannabis (marijuana/weed) is not permitted inside the hotel.
